Featured My First PCGS Submission...Results!

I sent both submissions back and had them correct it. For what I was paying for membership and fees I expected better service

My most recent was absolute dog crap. Wrong grades showing up in CoinFacts, mixed up true views, missing true views.

PCGS lost me as a customer. I’d rather use NGC at this point as it seems PCGS only really cares about expensive coins and though with big wallets.

 

What method did you use to contact them? Email? I don't have the patience to get them on the phone.

 

I have always used NGC in the past, but their economy world turnaround was 80+ days at one time, so when it was time to renew that membership, I choose PCGS this year only because their turnaround was less than half of NGC at the time. I'm definitely not opposed to NGC at all.
