It looks like a nice lamination error on the reverse. The obverse looks like scratches to me. @paddyman98 is the man for you on this coin.
Unfortunately I am not seeing anything special. Lamination issues on Nickels usually occur in Wartime Nickels because of the Copper and silver mix. That's a 1992 on a Cupronickel Planchet. All I see is circulation wear and tear.
I think the area that looks like a lamination is actually a flake of foreign substance on the surface.
I’m not convinced that the reverse contains a lamination. To me it looks like it was scraped in circulation and that scrape looks very much like a detached lamination.
Looks like something is stuck on the surface that looks like a lamination. I think it could easily be peeled of. I do not think it is a legit lamination.
