I'd like to nominate @Jersey magic man for this one again. Maybe this one will work out for him better than last time. Good luck and Merry Coinmas!
@JoshuaP confirmed in a private message that he will ship the Round 2 prize to @Shrews1994 tomorrow (December 5), and that he has provided her with the tracking number. @Shrews1994 - don’t forget to post here when you get it, so we’ll all know you did, and so I can update the information in the summary in Post #1.
Sign me up! Not quite Christmas related but here is a pic of the Northern Lights from last month's show
I got it, I got it!! A surprise in the mail yesterday. Thank you again @JoshuaP for the great haul of coins. This will keep me busy for a little while as I sort, mount, and store these in the hoard. And thanks to @lordmarcovan for running the give aways.
Hi, please count me in for round 3. I love error coins. I’ve found clips, brockage, and off center errors all in circulation. The cent below was found in a customer wrapped roll! Not sure how it fit in there?!?!
Post entry. I do not any error coins, I'll have to read up on Broadstruck coins. Here is a SLQ, can you make out the 3?
Thank you all! I'm always glad for any coins I get, especially if it is a gift like this would be. For the upcoming 3 rounds, I will return the favor. @Sting 60 - down below is my example of a broadstruck coin, specifically a 2000 Lincoln cent. That or a 1999 in the same grade can be obtained for $15 to $25; mine was $20. As for ungraded I think $10-15 would ve the cost of one.
It is time for the Round 3 drawing. Our lucky number was... 63. And Post #63 was by... @No_Ragrets, on behalf of @Jersey magic man! Kudos for your kindness, @No_Ragrets, and COINgratulations, @Jersey magic man! @Randy Abercrombie will need your address. I will message you all shortly. Round summary in Post #1.
@Randy Abercrombie gave to thee... (1) NGC certified Roosevelt dime, "waffle" canceled by the Mint (1) 1960-D Franklin half dollar, PCGS MS63 The error coin was contributed by the mysterious Quarter Master of Quarter Notes, Ltd. It was originally purchased by him from @paddyman98. To enter this round, all you need to do is: 1. Say that you want this lot, and 2. post something else coin-related or cheerful. Then, sometime in the next 2-4 days (depending on my schedule), we'll do the drawing and move on to the next round. You may of course say you want it for someone else, if you name that person.
