Where to buy Lincoln cents 2008-2025 S mint?

I only saw one seller selling anything close to this, but it was on eBay and he was asking several hundred dollars. No idea if that is the going price or not but I doubt it.

(I understand that the only way to get these was to buy proof sets from the U.S. Mint. I haven't updated my Cent books since 2019 and my S book since 2008, so maybe that was bad timing on my part.)

Seems like I saw a discussion here indicating that 2025-S Lincolns are going to the moon, solely because the Mint says the 2025 proof sets are sold out. I'm wondering if they'll strike any more before the end of the year - after all, there's money to be made if they do!

    I purchased a 2025-S Apr. 25th I paid $26.18 and I thought that was to much.

That's okay Dennis. As long as you're happy. That's all that matters. :)

I've been driving myself *crazy* trying to find a dealer that has at least the majority of these years in stock so I can just buy from one place.

(Once I get these ideas I'm my head, it's darn near impossible to ignore them... )

Dave's Collectible coins has quite a few... But I wonder if I can beat $8.30 per coin if I pick and choose from eBay and mixed sellers... Probably... Decisions decisions...

I quit keeping up with all that ballast the mint was putting out at about the same time.

For this kind of purchase I use Dave’s Collectible Coins. They have a presence on eBay and also have their own web site, which I prefer.

I filled out my recent proofs with the purchase of three sets. They were listed as
1980-1989 S Lincoln Memorial Cent Gem Deep Cameo Proof Run 10 Coin Set US Mint for $21.70,
1990-1999 S Lincoln Memorial Cent Gem Deep Cameo Proof Run 10 Coin Set US Mint for $19.95, and
2000-2009 S Lincoln Memorial Cent Gem Deep Cameo Proof Run 13 Coin Set US Mint for $22.80.

That’s 33 DCAM proofs for $64.45, or about $2 each.

Their current offerings don’t include these sets at the moment. They do have individual proofs. They also have an all-inclusive proof run from 1968 to 2025, but the cost is $500 or so, and $200 of that is for the 2025-S.

I would email them and ask them to give you a price for what you want. Maybe they will surprise you.

Theos who control the US Mint are experts at fabricating scarcities.
