    I am not seeing an RPM, clearer photos of any doubling are needed.

    Do not post camera photos of screens. They're garbage with any usable details pixelated. Download the actual image file and crop it.

    Looks like a very well worn mint mark with a small die chip.

    Congrats, that's actually worse. No part of the coin is in focus.

    Here is the Photo I used.
    Played a little with the saturation etc.
    Those are small die chips and very common on S and D Mint Marks.
