Found this 1997 Dime looks to be Off Centered as the lower right corner is thinner than the upper left. Any clue from you guys on if thisnis a known error and or value?

You need to show both sides. If the reverse is normal, this is an MAD
misaligned die strike with no real extra value unless the misalignment is
VERY large. It is possible for both sides to be misaligned, but generally
in an off center strike, both sides will be off, not 1.
Dimes are very often MAD because they are small.

What does the other side look like? If it is like the front, it may be an off-center strike. If it looks normal it is a misaligned die strike.

In order to qualify as an off-center strike, part of the design must be cut off. This will only happen if the coin is broadstruck.

None of the design on your coin is missing. This is a minor misaligned die, and is incredibly common on dimes. The obverse die is the hammer die, and literally every MAD dime has a slight misaligned obverse, and a fully centered reverse.

    Welcome to Coin Talk!

By the way, not that it really matters a lot for a circulated modern copper-nickel clad coin, but it is best not to let your skin touch the surfaces of collectable coins. The oils and acids always present even on clean skin can cause damage to the surface.

An off center strike affects both sides but a mid-aligned strike only affects one side.
