Log into your online account then look on your orders page and you can find it somewhere around there

Okay, you must mean customer number. Go to the ANACS homepage, sign-in, if you have submitted coins there before click on your "Order Status" page, you will see your customer (account) number next to your order number.
I've never had a problem when I would forget that part. If your email and phone are the same it should be okay.
what if you are a new member and you haven't submitted yet? when I log in and click on account all I see is "change password", "order status", and "order search". No "profile"
Are you trying to fill out the submission form? I think you just check the New Customer box. I would just email them and ask. They were very good about responding when I dealt with them a couple years ago. Otherwise I don't see my customer number anywhere except I think in parentheses next to my name after I log in.
If you have submitted coins before, look in your email history. You could also use your email account name as your login and then ask for a new password. Shouldnt be difficult at all.
ANACs customer service is a dream compared to PCGS. ANACs ALWAYS picks up their phone and are extremely helpful.
