I am wondering the value of a coin..
face of coin is marked 'carolus ix dg francor rex'
the back marked 'ne ferrum temnat simul ignib obsto' dated 1572 and
pictures a man with a club and a four headed creature
any info on where i can find info on this coin would be appreciated

It is a jeton issued during the reign of Charles IX of France. It is not a coin.

It was issued by Charles IX of France to celebrate the Massacre of St. Bartholomew's Day, in which 50K-100K Protestant Huguenots were systematically murdered by French Catholics with the King's approval. Henry White, The Massacre of Saint Bartholomew (London: John Murray, 1868) page 464.
