Can someone please ID this old coin for me

    I've had this coin laying around for some time and as I don't know very little about ancient coins, I would appreciate it if somebody could tell me what it is.

    It's a Byzantine follis. The Greek letter M stands for 40 nummi.

    i would guess justin and sophia, 6th cent., but i'm going by my bronze. they aren't an exact match, but close justin & sophia 565-578 002.JPG justin & sophia 565-578 001.JPG

    It's probably Heraclius and Constantine (7th century), see the Wildwinds list SB 805 and 810.
