What to do. What to do???.... Coin gift question.

Hey, all Fellow collectors! I come to you today, November 30th ( 25 days til Xmas per @Collecting Nut ) for some advice.
You see, I have a cousin in Florida that I just started talking to via 23 and me website. She reached out on there to me, and we started talking over the phone. She likes coins but is novice collector. She says she likes whatever appeals to her like Silver and Gold of course. She'll have to settle for something else since I'm a little short on the expensive stuff. My question is simple. What should I send her for coins when I send a Christmas card? She like both U.S and World coins. I do have two Ancient coins. Thinking of sending one of those also.. Think she'll get a "kick" out of that. Any more idea? I also have a "bunch" of World Coins that are just sitting. Any comments about re-gifting? Is it right to do that? I thought not since they are coins and not something like clothes.
