Just received this today.
"Found in empty Equipment " I wonder if the meant the trash can.

Probably was in a fold in one of those cloth-with-metal-frame bins.

A local mail carrier, here, in Ft. Myers was fired after being caught on a video camera throwing mail into a dumpster.

A complete letter or small parcel, neatly-opened (with that marking), will sell to eBay stamp collectors, maybe $5 to $7 to $10, in that range; it IS a collectible.

I had that happen several time in my life time. I sent someone a nice silver (1 oz) collectible and looks like someone in the PO stole it.

The 2nd was a series of Anime that the PO said it was empty and nothing was inside. So expected someone in the PO stole it, but the seller re sent another set.
