Accoding to the Egyptian calendar, Year 1 of Aurelianus was Autumn 270. However, when Aurelianus recovered Egypt: his year 1 was 269/270. Thus year 6 for this coinage is 274/275.

    Bi Tetradrachm (Potin)
    Egypt, Alexandria, 274 / 275 AD
19 mm; haven't weighted it yet. Will do it soon.

RPC X, ID 75741 (temporary number); Sear 4750; BMC (Greek Coins of Alexandria and the Nomes, p. 306) 2362

Ob.: A K Λ ΔOM AVPHΛIANOC CEB Laureate and cuirassed bust of Aurelian II to r.
Rev.: ЄTOVC ϛ (date = Year 6) Eagle with closed wings standing to l. head to r. holding wreath in its beak. On the flip it says snake in its beak, but I think it's a wreath, not a snake.

Ex. Collection of Gregory Warden. (Don't know who he is)

@Bing, Very nice tetradrachm, and one can clearly see it's a wreath and not a snake
