    Not a very good coin and hard for me to get proper light on it. Any recommendations for a light table and magnifier please. Who is this fellow?

    It could well be a Macedonian coin of Alexander

    A better picture would help, but as Archeocultura said, it looks like a Macedonian coin. The one below was struck during the reign of Gordian III-- A.D. 238- 244
