Wow, super impressive! Meow could not possibly find enough room in the Cat Hoard for such monuments.

If you go to the link, then select the denomination on the left it takes you to more options. One is a set of 5 "Lighthouse" slabs for about $9. Here is another link.

They are nice. But Meow is leaning towards more of a clear case. Meow will mull on it more. Meow saw a case made by Coin World that seemed really nice, but they were really expensive. Those ebay ones sent in link to Meow look good too. Meow recently had to go through some trouble over getting some trading card magnetic cases. Which was super irritating. Found a great price on some. Received only one tenth or less the amount Meow paid for. Not super worried as American Express is really good about fraud. But it is a lot of trouble over getting what one paid for. One was even an Amazon order.

Meow has decided to try these. But if Meow gets them Meow will get them on Amazon because ebay is stay away zone for Meow at this time. Not sure when Meow will get them as Meow needs to see what Meow has as far as bills coming in. And that Meow will try the quarter size first, as Meow has another pawful of W quarters to put somewhere. Thanks for your input.

80% of what I have put away is stored in individual little Ziploc bags, the rest 2x2 cardboard, Air tite and other plastic containers...not what you call organized to any great extent :p

I found the quarter size on Amazon for the same price, $16 for 8 slabs. Then I found another listing that is $40 for 20 slabs that includes a box to store them.

That looked pretty good as a deal but Meow cant get it as it wont ship to where Meow lives. Meow will try it out maybe next month if the bills will allow. Meow is actually getting scared about how much things are rising in cost. Still getting ebay jitters. But more and more ebay seems like a bad idea.

    Shrews1994 Collecting is my passion.

Yea very understandable on the prices of things. And the prices of coins in the conditions that you want are very high in value. I just cant afford it anymore. Its sad to say. As much as I love this hobby. I cant afford it :(

Shrews! Meow has not seen you a quite a long time. Meow has not been posting much lately so maybe that is why. So Meow has quit ebay and now only CRH pennies now. Meow has not bought coins on ebay in long time. Meow like to find them CRH so ebay was for Meows trading card collection and postal stationery collection. Meow has a huge Cat Hoard of many collectables. But yes, the cost of living has become more than a bit out of hand. Meow still gets jitters from staying away from ebay.

So, Meow hopes all has been well with you. So, what do you do now to pass the time? Meow sleeps half the day every day to pass the time. Sleep is free and is relaxing but it can get a bit boring day after day. How was that metal detecting going? Paddy seems to find quite a lot of treasures with it. Meow would love to try that but cannot as Meow live in the middle of a non-historic city. Anyway, nice to hear from you and purrs.

@Shrews1994. I do get the cost equation when it comes to coin collecting but I have considered myself to be a non stop coin collector for the last 56 years; even though I have gone years without a single purchase.
In the past I often had to settle for my imagination and a small collection of coin books to entertain myself. Today we have an internet robust with coin related material.
I challenge either you or the orginal poster to pick any US coin type there is. Then look on the internet to see what FREE online books there are that pertain to that coin type.
If you can't find free, detailed reference material just let me know; I have studied over 100 different coin types and have lists of free books and own dozens of books I sometimes give away to anyone who expresses an interest in a specific coin type. Good luck to both of you and all others with their future collecting. James
