How bout some input on this one folks. I will call the two sides 'front' and 'back' because I don't think it's a coin. Both sides appear identical and they are medal orientation, not coin orientation. This was a CoinStar find.
These tokens seem to be everywhere! Search "Angel Token" on eBay and you'll see thousands of them. https://en.numista.com/24375
Very nice pre holiday scoop. Including a 5 Euro cent and Canadian quarter. A couple of the brownies I can already see will not go through the self serve, but that's the cost of doing business these days.
APX78 It was in the reject slot. Sometimes they take it, sometimes they just take the slip of paper. The machine TELLS you to check the slot. But not everyone here reads English. In the old days before they "fixed" the machines, sometimes a single bad coin would open the floodgates behind it and a lot of good coins would fill the slot. There is a SECOND reject slot, but it is internal. Ike dollars and other things (mangled coins, non coin items) end up in there.
