Looks like a plating blister to me as well. Very common.

What about the shot from the grassy knoll?

 

Yeah, wrong one. I like when the word starts with those three letters. It fits this case well.

 

These type of historical events always involve a grassy knoll of some type.

 

But in most premonition, you don't get the exact vision. Just one that shows a horrible moment of what might happen.
