1982D quarter is it an error

I have a 1982D quartet that the collar is gone above liberty and the in God we trust and the D is filled in and blown up

I just figured out how to post a pic it's now up

 

Looks like a regular circulated quarter. I don't see anything unusual with the mm and even though the rim is thin, I don't think this is anything special with early 80's quarters.
