Does anyone know what this is? 1965 Washington quarter misprint?

Does anyone have any answers to what this may be? Or have seen anything similar? It is a 1965 Washington quarter with what looks to be an animal printed above the 2nd R in the word quarter. I searched online but couldn't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You are seeing things. Not an error.
Coins are struck not printed. Paper Currency is printed.

Definitely something there. Question is was it "struck" by someone or made like this.....

Hard to tell from the picture. Perhaps someone tried to carve their own mint mark and it's worn oddly.

Where can I get something like this looked at who would be able to determine what it is for sure? Not saying it's worth anything. Just curious to find out

Okay yeah. I got it, thanks. (had to look at a quarter in hand). Don't know what that is. Post mint probably but interesting for sure.

I see dots, but animals? No.

Yes I see the outline of an animal. Like a cat. The head is on the right and the tail is on the left. And the legs.

It's pretty obvious. Sorry you can't see it.
