Came across this coin today in my stash. Had to look twice because I hadn't seen one like this before. A double dot VOT X of Crispus. delta SIS sunburst coin from Siscia, possible a var of RIC VII Siscia 181.

Is this a rare variation or have I just not seen enough VOT coins to know the difference? Haha. Thanks!

The dot in the middle is a centering dot and the other dot may have initially supposed to have been the same, but the location was not good. Dots left over from the engraving process have no bearing on a coin being a variation.

My page on centering dots-- https://constantinethegreatcoins.com/dots/

this is an example that I sold with two centering dots
