1970-s Jefferson FS?

    Yeah they made regular S coins in 68, 69 and 70. (Nickels)
    Generally speaking it is going to be much easier to find a proof with full steps than a business strike. That is why I assumed it was a proof, and not qualified for FS designation. Now they reworked the dies (2006?) anyway, with the current modern nickels most show full steps. So there's no premium for those.
