Usually you have to see a date, but if there is only 1 date for this, then they know what it is. It would only rate P-01 if it was determined that it got this way through wear, and nothing artificial. If that break between 12 and 1 o'clock on the rim is determined to be details, a Details P-01 is not going to be good. Let's say this coin arrived at this condition due to "wear"/ as it only circulated a little. How long do you have to keep it in your pocket to get it to look like this? 125 years? I think it is lower than P-01. I make it VP- 0.05.
I personally would not send it in; you would be disappointed. My opinion only. Good luck with your decision.
