@KBBPLL . To be honest I have almost trained myself to ignore AU-58 coins because there seems to be a large group of collectors who focus on just those. They, of course, are fixated on PCGS/NGC coins because of some sort of registry competition (I think), and are willing to pay rather large premiums. I agree though. I find AU-58 to be a very distinctive grade and I am thrilled to find them available in this hunt. James
Nice one! I find myself without a Barber dime in my primary collection now. I had a PCGS MS64 but sold it a while back. Need to get another for my type coin.
Yes I think it's called an "everyman" set which is only circulated coins, so of course they all go after AU58 or AU58+. Most of my Barber quarters are AU58 (in NGC, PCGS and ANACS) but I wasn't aware that it was a thing when I bought them.
