No, not really in circulation but found on the ground. At a glance it looked like a bad cull but after a thumbing and olive oil soak it looks pretty good and is a "Ghost VDB". It is dark over most of its surface but hardly unattractive. I see far more interesting and scarcer coins in circulation frequently but this is the first "rare" pre-1965 coin I've found in nearly 60 years.
