    That guy needs to play Vikinglotto. I wonder how many dead coin shooters spent 20 years looking for that hoard and this guy digs it up looking for worms. :happy:

    Well, hopefully he'll get something out of it besides: "Thankyou for your service."

    I wonder what the laws are in Sweden for someone finding hidden treasure. Hopefully he'll get a substantial share.

    The article says the gov't pays them for turning it in. Which is required by law. But you can bet it is a pittance compared to the vast wealth of this hoard. An unscrupulous person could piece this out on the black market in different countries and realize millions of dollars.

    I always wondered how honest one person would be in a case like this. I'd say, not too honest. ;) Why is it always in another country?
    It's like burying an acorn and trying to find it again. You have to be a squirrel. :smuggrin:
