    Definitely a Misaligned Die Strike.
    The reverse is perfectly centered.

    I thought Misaligned dies always showed all design elements. Unless that is just the blurry photo.

    The person who labeled the OP nickel probably didn't know what an MAD was, and just saw that it was off center, so they labeled it incorrectly and
    probably not on purpose or with malice to make more money on the coin.
