"Looks silver" was my first reaction, too...

 

No it's not silver. It's a regular proof. 2.8 million mintage.

 

I used to post here a lot, but stopped roll hunting for about 9 years until 3 months ago. Today was special...got these in 3 rolls...15 Walkers, 11 Franklins, 18 90% Kennedy and 14 40% Kennedy. Got two more 40%ers later in the day. A little over 18 ounces total.

Three beat up small dollar coins when depositing a check today.

 

Nice collection dump.
It takes as much time to sell all that silver to a gold buy/sell store or
a coin shop, as it does to stand in line at a bank and redeem them for face value.

 

Crazy what get dumped but it good for us when we find them
