Would this be a Doubled Die Variety?

    South Korean 100 Won, 1977

    Very obvious on the legends 백 (paek, or "hundred"), and on the 한 and 행 in the name "Bank of Korea."

    This couldn't just be "machine doubling" resulting from loose parts in the coining press during striking, could it?

    +1 on yes, also at the very bottom left character, I can see it without the close up.
