1929d ms-64?

    Yeah that's a little better. Canadian to US so you paid $229, that's a fair price for that coin :)

    Again hard to tell from the pictures, it's hard to photograph coins, but if it looks even better in person I could see it selling for 250-300. Did you get it from a coin shop?

    A dealer , the one that got me started collecting and he is really fair and has given me free books and coins before

    Not a bad deal, but I wouldn't have bought it. I don't care for the black spots and it's far from FH. I only have a PCGS MS63/FH in my registry set, but it sure has superior eye appeal than most (all?) 64s I've seen. I wouldn't trade it for a 65 :-D
