Even if it wasent would it even be worth it? I mean Ike's aren't rare by any mean, I don't know if there is a demand for them.
Also even if it was, toning like that "unattractive" won't bring any premium being slabbed. He would loose money on the grading.

It does look AT (via heat or other chemical reaction). It shouldn't get past the grading companies, but there have been more and more questionable pieces receiving straight grades lately.
