Jefferson Dollars are out there!!

I went to the Lemont Coin Show today and a guy had a box of Jefferson dollars. Don't know what mint, cuz he was selling by the roll only. I assume it was Denver.

you know I live in homer glen, that show is 10 mins from my house

 

maybe we'll meet face to face next month, that'd be cool

 

don't be expecting some mustached man like GD, I am only 16 and the only kid collector I have ever seen at that show

Lemont show? I've never liked that one. If your that close to the Southern area, why not go to the Countryside Coin show next Sunday? Usually about 4 to 5 times larger than Lemont. Naturally many same dealers that attend the Lemont and Itasca shows ar at the countryside show but quite a lot more.
Very easy to find. About one block West of the corner of LaGrange Road and Joliet Road. If you go I'll see you there. You buy the coffee.
Usually many younger collectors there also.

If it were not for errors how in the world will the mint keep up the interest in theses coins especially after Mr. Jefferson. I predict they will stamp a Buffalo on the reverse of the coin. kind of a semi Buffalo fractional .
