Is this a type of serial number a paper money collector may be interested in?

I have learned that there is a collector for just about everything you can think of. Trying to find that collector if you want to sell something is the hard part. I am sure there is someone out there that would like this bill. eBay is probably the best way to find them. Profit is another story.

 

I’m sure there is someone willing to pay a little extra to add that to their collection. If it was made, someone collects it. It does have a cool rating but for me, I want more than 5 of the 8 digits to be the same.

I try for Birthdays on $1 notes. Or multiple of the same numbers.
