Yes. Blurry. I put it in the F-15/VF-20 grade range. You get a strong enough Liberty on shield. There is a noticable scratch acroos the Eagles throat/neck. That rather splotchy dark toning is usually a good indicator that the coin has been harshly cleaned. Iwouldn't even try to look into variety matching with this level of photo. James
I don't know what the mark is on the eagle's neck. I'd say post mint damage. It's also been cleaned. This is a common date. You should be able to find a better one. Here's one I bought "over the counter" when I was dealer. I decided to keep it. My grade was EF-40 when I bought it. They might call it EF-45 now.
High VF details, cleaned. I too noticed the mark across the eagle's neck, and wonder if it is a scratch, like it appears to be. Pass.
Circulated, probably cleaned, image isn't good enough to tell which government made it. The mark across the eagles neck is damage, none of the known die marriages have such a mark in the die.
