It should not be that hard to have labels that change color or void in some way when they are removed or tampered with. They had auto inspection stickers fifty years ago that did it.

This seller knows absolutely nothing about coins.

Here is their description of the item. They stated the coin is made of copper

The product is a 1930 Buffalo Nickel 5c coin graded as ICG MS63. This coin is made of copper and was minted in Philadelphia. It is a business strike type and belongs to the Buffalo variety. Being circulated and originating from the United States, this antique coin holds historical significance and collector value for those interested in numismatics.

To be fair, it is in fact made of copper, and there's more copper than nickel in it.

    Sure

But I bet anything the seller doesn't know that o_O

The composition consists of 75% copper and 25% nickel.

One of you two guys should purchase it! :woot:

Oh oh, looks like we hit a nerve.

There is so much of this nonsense on Ebay these days you become immune to it. I don't really pay any attention to it anymore, just ignore and move on.

Love it when young ones create. I've a grandson who is obsessed with Leggos. He's eight, very bright and home schooled.
