Your medal/token has a bullion value .of whatever metal it is made of. Possibly more to a collector of Reagan stuff

 

also, it is a medal (as hontonai) stated.
A coin is legal tender issued by a country.

 

so basically how much are you guys saying its worth

 

If it is sterling silver, it would theoretically be worth 92.5% of the current silver price (i.e. bullion value), call it approx. $12.50 per ounce. As hontonai state, it may be worth more to a collector.

 

A picture as well as the size, weight and content might help in determining what it is and what it might be worth! It sounds like something minted by a Private Mint or like some of the Medals, Tokens, etc. that comes from the Liberian Mint.

I never knew that AA issued medals - I always thought that all they did was hold meetings and exchange first names.
