While I have seen color schemes that resemble that on other 1920's Mercury Dimes, it simply isn't consistent with the target toning that typically results from years in a coin album. My guess is that purple-blue-mint green progression is something they will always deem as questionable toning. If not for the QT, I would say either MS65-66 depending upon luster, but it misses full bands.
