It is hard to judge from just photos, but from what I can/ can't see I am in the Off-center Strike. Due to what I see as missing design on the C of America and the R of Dollar. It is a very fine line on the OP's coin that makes the designation difficult. from error-ref.com To qualify as an uncentered broadstrike, the design must be fully present on both faces. If the design is cut off at the edge on one or both faces, it is an off-center strike.
I'm in the broad struck group too here's why I always Cruise all the broad strike error ref sites if you look under broad struck coins there's an image of a uncentered broad strike of a 1916-D Lincoln center easy to see the L in Liberty is partially missing along with other letters on the outer devices Here's the images from the site of the coin along with the link https://www.error-ref.com/broadstrikes/
All off-center coins are broadstrikes. Not all broadstrikes are off-center. To qualify as off-center, a portion of the design must be cut off. I think it is really close on the reverse with the R of Dollar, but I don't think its really cut off. I'd call this an uncentered broadstrike.
