    So is this a uncentered broadstrike or a off center strike
    There is also no reeding on the rim

    It is hard to judge from just photos, but from what I can/ can't see I am in the
    Off-center Strike. Due to what I see as missing design on the C of America and the R of Dollar. It is a very fine line on the OP's coin that makes the designation difficult.

    To qualify as an uncentered broadstrike, the design must be fully present on both faces.
    If the design is cut off at the edge on one or both faces, it is an off-center strike.

    I'm in the broad struck group too here's why
    I always Cruise all the broad strike error ref sites if you look under broad struck coins there's an image of a uncentered broad strike of a 1916-D Lincoln center easy to see the L in Liberty is partially missing along with other letters on the outer devices
