Should I have this "conserved" or just send it in to be graded?

Oh, it's wear. Look at all the hair, her ear and the eagle has no breast feathers. Even wear on the talons. With the scratches and dings, this coin has been around the block a few times and that equals wear.

Just FYI this is what a micro o looks like with that much wear. It's like night and day. The coin I have is possibly not MS, but not because of wear, maybe someone touched the face with a finger one time 100 years ago, which would make it tech not MS, but the hair I don't think is wear. I'll chock up another 2 for don't bother restoring. Thank you for your input.

Yeah baseball 21. That page! look at the cruddy strike on the MS64. There aren't many pics to compare to, because the micro is rare in MS, but if you look at all the ms morgans on that site, there are a lot of coins that look EXACTLY like mine in MS63 and up. That's all I'm saying, MS by this seconds definition.

Idk. I'll be sending it for grading soon, judging by the comments, I think restoration would hurt, more than it would help. I'll keep an eye out for new suggestions, thanks again.
