    and yes you are correct that is UNITED smeared and stretched on the Parital collar with obv. brockage , Bag searching in them days was a lot of fun! :)

    I know....What are the odds of the date & mm being visible on a 90% < Off center nickel?? That is really neat...... seems like that should be a unique coin, especially for a 99 D. I really like the double struck w brockage too (did i get that right?)
