1823 Capped Bust Half Dollar, Attribution Help

    Here is a pretty well cleaned F-10/12ish CBH$1 which will be coming in the mail sometime the next week or so. I suspect the picture was drastically over exposed but still a good buy IMO. My question for the Bust Half Nuts. Does this look like a O-111 to you? It does to me :)

    Hey Bonedigger,

    I'd take it one step farther and call it an O111a - your coin has all of the obverse die cracks to call it an advanced stage of that die state. Nice coin!

    Thanks, I totally forgot about the 111A-Variety. Looka like what I thought were scratches on the OBV are really prominent die cracks.
