radar = a number that is the same forward or backward. Just as radar is,

I would definitely keep the $1. Radar notes (notes where the serial numbers read the same both forward and backwards) are pretty popular among paper money collectors. I would spend the $5 though.

Tonight, I was flicking through a bank lot for any oldies that may have been included. Instead I spotted something whitish in the middle. When I pulled it, it was a US 5.00. I bought it right away, though the supervisor was hesitant because this was a very bad BANK error and she was a little suspicious as to why it was in there..lol
