A rare George Washington colonial I snatched up from ebay. Only 1 other one listed there currently, and less than 200 pieces known. I did a writeup with some more info about it if anyone is interested. https://www.cointalk.com/threads/another-george-washington-rarity-repub-ameri-funeral-token.290601/
1899 Proof Indian Cent (PCGS PR65RB). A stunner that I bought last night. Might be a tiny bit overgraded, looks more like a borderline 64/65 coin, but might have been bumped due to great eye appeal. I love the glowing red-hot, lava-red coloration -- and the beautiful elevation chromatics in the the Indian Princess's eye, ear, mouth, Liberty headband, and feathers. Also positive is nice front to back matching coordinated colors. An almost accidental cameo effect from the toning. Just a stunning monster overall.
1883 Proof Indian Cent (PCGS PR65BN). Kind of a nice matched set with my only other Indian Cent Proof. This one blue toned, but nice elevation chromatics again.
Now that's what I call a Redskin. Nice coloring, but I cannot tell if the toning is natural or not, on almost any coin.
Ok, another beauty, now you just need a blazing white one, and you'll have a wonderful Americana set. ( red, white, and blue. )
I've had these Morgans since the summer of 2011, but I just took pictures tonight. These are from the group of 91 "no cost" Morgans my dad gave me that summer. I've been into coins ever since. I'm particularly fond of the 1879-O.
