US Penny 1982 D copper big or small date?

    Hello all and thanks for looking! Weighs 3.16g - so it’s copper and I think it’s big date right experts? Is the pitting natural or just wear and tear? Thanks!

    It's a normal Large Date. One of 7 different business strike varieties minted in 1982.

    The surface is damaged.
