@dwhiz Thank you for holding the contest and sending me my surprise gift. I surprise because I was shocked that I won first place. And thank you oh for waiting until I returned from my vacation to send it. Very much appreciated.
Enclosed was another two surprises. First was a 2025 Lincoln Cent. Much needed for my collection. The only one I’ve received has a ring from a coin rolling machine. New coins just don’t circulate in my area.

Next was a very nice Wooden Nickel with a train, dated 30;5 and personalized by whiz. I really like this one. Did you design it yourself? The train is wonderful but the Eagle is stunning!

And here’s my prize, a 1813 Large Cent. A good date and in decent shape. Too bad some one marked it the way they did.

One the large cent the reverse is rotated a small but considerate amount. About a 40% rotation. That makes it a nice error in my opinion book.

Thank you again for this coin. It will be added to my error coins. :)

That large cent is an 1819 Coronet. An 1813 would have been of the earlier Classic Head type.

Correct! I’m making simple mistakes everyday at the moment. Thanks!
