Need some help 83 doubled die rev?

    I need some help from the experts on this one. For the most part I can identify typical MD and die deterioration doubling from a true doubled die but this one I'm not sure, I notice it mostly on the E Pluribus Unum, the United and OF on the reverse but I also see some spread on the INWT on obverse?.     Looks like a typical 42 year old US One Cent to me.

    All I see is a little die deterioration (not even doubling for the most part) and some grease filling the die in the (Sta) of States.
