About my buffalos,

    Oh, listen What about my 1944 cent that supposed to weigh 3.0 or 3.1 mine weighs 2.6, what do u think I shold do with that

    If it's worn, then it will, naturally, weigh less. Check your weigh scale by taking your coin to a post office or coin store and see if it's the same. If your penny is like your worn buffalos, then 2.6 might be about right.

    its not worn, u think it can be another coin that stamped over it,or like another counntry and it can be rare

    Because I tryed my other coins and there all right, but not the 1944, maybe it got confused in the war and made it lighter by mistake

    My post above is/was for "capthank", not you. Salvatore, I've given you all the references that you need to be able to research double or doubled dies, as well as varieties and errors. Enough about the rarities you think that you have found.
