I always wanted an MS68 full band Mercury Dime, but never ended up pulling the trigger on one. Fantastic looking coin, and welcome to the forum.

Lighting does not show it's actual color which is bright silver.

I grew up in white pine michigan, a copper mining town.
The story is long and short.
Wp mine started about 1956 and ended around 1978.
Long cool story growing up in a company town.
Everything was new and the best..
Worked at the mine during the summer.
    Ever shovel silver concentrate?
Not very heavy that is, hum.
I have two of the wp ingots, 50 pounds each 20 percent silver.
    Anyway....

Indeed! I've moved to two briefcase like storage receptacles. One for NGC and one for PCGS.

Decided to work on the Silver Eagle series.
My mother gave me 2000 to 2010 as a start.
Bought 1986 and (2001 which was missing).
Sounds like a nice goal that is doable.

    Question,
What are the silver eagles selling for $22 dollars on ebay.
    Location is "united states"

    Must be fake.

With the fast rising price of silver, more and more scams will be present. We all need to be cautious.
