    Hello,
I came across this 1964 Lincoln cent and had to laugh because first thing I thought of is he went through the TSA check and got stuck this way. LOL
My question, "Is this a lamination error?" also would this coin be considered a collector's kind of coin?"
I plan on keeping the coin for my little collection because I find it pretty cool, but would like to find out more about what I have..
I did look up some lamination errors and that was the closest thing to what I thought I might have. Thank you so much.

PS If you look at the coin it seems to maybe have a few different kinds of errors, or possible errors.

It looks like it is post-mint damage to me.

I have to agree with the previous posts: post-mint damage. I would guess contact with a highly caustic chemical.

Soak it in some water or acetone, I think there is glue or something on it.
