There looks to be some pretty good stuff in this lot. I can hardly wait for it to be delivered! Seller's pictures:
It does look like you got a nice mix of coins in decent condition. Hope all works out for you and you receive it soon. I’m still two lots behind in sorting what I’ve bought. It’s easier to buy than sort. Fun too. Lol
I like it! It looks very much like some of the lots I'd buy from eBay back in the day. Some were busts, some had really nice surprises. Eager to see what you find!
I actually got it down by the bay... I don't think I can really lose on this one. Let's just say that the melt value of the silver would cover about half the cost.
So about $60 bucks all in. Nice mix but, anymore if it's isn't a deal I'm still sitting on the sidelines.
My wife found a full jar of old wheat pennies in the garage her mom had left her and she tasked me with sorting through them. There are worse ways to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon, but I am at a loss for identifying them. I don't collect cents but I opened up a price guide after a few minutes got with the program and made quick work of it. I found about 50 wheatie dates worthy of cardboard flips including a 1909 (not a VBD) and a blank copper planchet. Now I have to buy some more cardboard flips because I hate them and threw away the ones I had. The only thing they are good for are cheap coins because you can write year and mint on them.
