I put this Dansco collection away about 30 years ago. This year I took the set apart and sent about half of the collection to PCGS.
This 1875 graded AU-50 and I believe it's the S-6, not sure. Not much extra value but fun to find something I never knew I had. File lines around the ear.
Don't have a reverse image right now but will post it when possible.

There's a nice die crack through UNITED out to the rim as well. It's always fun finding new things about a coin you've had for a long time. It's like getting a new coin. I'm not convinced that it's Snow-6 though. Yours seems to be missing the heavy file lines south of the headband. I don't know how to interpret all the cross references though.

That's cool, Larry..... That is the sort of thing I would miss even if I looked at the coin a hundred times. Probably why I am a type coins guy.

I turned into a type coins guy when I quit building sets and started having more fun working on type coin sets. More options to play with.

Very nice coin and I’m sure it was an exciting find.
